? Full-Time Climber

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced climber to deliver professional arboricultural services across Ballarat and regional Victoria.

What’s on Offer:

- Full-time Monday to Friday role (approx. 40 hours per week)
- Casual agreed hours
- Monthly RDO (full-time only)
- Optional weekend work available
- Living-away jobs throughout regional Victoria
- Competitive pay based on experience and skillset
- Supportive team environment with opportunities to upskill

Highly Regarded:

- Cert III in Arboriculture (or working towards)
- Proven climbing & aerial rescue experience
- Confident pruning to AS 4373 standards
- Experience with complex removals (crane work, rigging, towers, confined spaces)
- Manual driver’s licence (MR preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Powercor or AusNet accreditation




- Strong time management skills and a positive attitude

? Full-Time Groundsperson

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable, safety-focused groundsperson to support our climbing crew and maintain smooth and productive site operations. This role includes regular living-away work across regional Victoria.

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate II ESI
- MR truck license (minimum requirement)
- Willingness to travel and work away from home
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

- Experience in tree services or vegetation management
- Traffic control tickets
- Experience working around powerlines
