Hourly Rates: $62.52 - $70.30

Role The primary purpose of the position of the Functional Analyst - People Applications is to coordinate and support the configuration and maintenance of the department's Payroll systems and processes.

Accountabilities

- Consult with functional and recruitment system users to gather requirements, understand and investigate complex technical problems and determine an appropriate course of action that adheres to information technology standards, delivers the desired the functionality and supports the achievement of Business objectives.
- Provide specialist technical advice and recommendations on the sustainability of functionality, reference data,



configuration management and operations to execute, improve and optimise business processes, system performance and availability of recruitment system processes as well as provide support to peers on the department's HR systems.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in HR/HRIS/HCM systems.
- Experience in SAP Payroll systems.
- The candidate will need to have consolidated experience as a functional consultant with a focus on HR system development and configuration.
- Evidence confirming that Qualifications, as stated in their CV, can be produced on request by candidate.
