About the Role
We are seeking an experienced delivery manager to join TZV - Next Gen CAD at a pivotal time of growth and transformation. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of work across the Next Generation CAD (NGC) Project, ensuring business priorities are effectively translated into deliverable outcomes through disciplined planning,
Agile delivery practices and team-oriented stakeholder engagement.
Working closely with the Product Owner, the role supports backlog management, delivery governance, risk and dependency management, and cross-functional coordination to enable successful implementation of the NGC platform. The position contributes to delivery excellence by promoting continuous improvement, delivery maturity and organisational readiness while supporting the achievement of program objectives.

- Support the Product Owner by acting as Proxy Product Owner, including backlog refinement, prioritization, clarification of business requirements and ensuring work remains aligned to agreed business priorities.
