We are seeking a Casual Gaming Attendant for the Royal Oak Richmond (VIC 3121) specifically for night shifts. You will provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe, compliant gaming workplace for our patrons during late-night venue operations.

What You'll Be Doing (Night Shifts)

- Regulation Compliance: Monitor gaming areas to ensure legal and policy compliance.

- Customer Support: Assist patrons with machine operations and venue queries.

- Late-Night Safety: Observe behavior to keep the environment secure and orderly.

- Responsible Gaming: Active support of venue responsible gambling initiatives.

- Cash Handling: Securely process transactions and manage cash procedures.

- Venue Care: Keep the gaming floor clean and report machine faults to night management.

What We're Looking For

- Availability:



Must be available for consistent night and late-evening shifts.

- Certifications: Valid RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) and RSA certificates. RSG Module 1 must.

- Experience: Previous gaming or hospitality experience is highly preferred.

- Skills: Strong customer service, sharp observation, and honest cash handling.
