To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current RSG Certificate and Victorian Gaming Employee Licence (essential)
- Current RSA Certificate (essential)
- Experience in a large-scale gaming environment (highly regarded)
- Bilingual skills (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of gaming operations and compliance
- Professional presentation and a calm, composed approach
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work across days, nights and weekends
This role suits someone who is switched on, aware of their surroundings and able to engage naturally with a broad member base.
