Role Overview

- We are seeking a motivated and skilled Developer Programmer to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support business and customer needs.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret business requirements, technical specifications, solution designs, and flowcharts to develop effective software solutions.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web, desktop, and mobile applications.
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and application designs.
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure application reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, QA engineers, and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials.
- Support production deployments and resolve application issues when required.

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in software development using one or more modern programming languages:
- Java
- C#
- Python
- JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience working with relational databases such as:

- MySQL

- PostgreSQL

- SQL Server

- Oracle




- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
- Experience developing web-based, desktop, or mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design concepts.
- Experience using version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and system integration concepts.
- Robust debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and contemporary application development frameworks.
