Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Developer Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support business and customer needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret business requirements, technical specifications, solution designs, and flowcharts to develop effective software solutions.

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web, desktop, and mobile applications.

Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and application designs.

Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure application reliability and scalability.

Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, QA engineers, and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.

Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.

Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials.

Support production deployments and resolve application issues when required.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in software development using one or more modern programming languages:

Java

C#

Python

JavaScript / TypeScript

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.





Experience developing web-based, desktop, or mobile applications.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

Experience working with relational databases such as:

MySQL

PostgreSQL

SQL Server

Oracle

Proficiency in SQL and database design concepts.

Experience using version control systems such as Git.

Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and system integration concepts.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.

Exposure to automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.

Understanding of microservices architecture and modern application development frameworks.
