AEC Kedron is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative to join our reception team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries in person and by phone while delivering compassionate service for pets and their families.
You will manage a multi-line switchboard, coordinate appointments, maintain client records, and provide explicit information on services, pricing, and hospital policies.
