Marketing Executive

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing activity and help drive the Safety Xpress brand forward. This is a broad, hands‑on generalist role where you'll work across campaigns, EDMs, social media, digital content, brand and marketing assets.

About the Role

This is a diverse, hands‑on role where you'll take the lead across our day‑to‑day marketing activity while helping shape and deliver our broader marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and delivering marketing campaigns, calendars and promotional activity
- Planning and executing EDM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention and sales
- Managing social media activity and content across relevant platforms
- Creating and coordinating engaging content and marketing collateral across digital and print
- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
- Managing marketing projects from initial concept through to execution and review
- Monitoring campaign performance and using data and insights to continuously improve results
- Keeping across market trends, customer behaviour,



competitors and new opportunities
- Managing marketing priorities, timelines and budgets

About You

We're looking for a capable marketing all‑rounder who can see the bigger picture while still being happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

To be successful you'll have:

- Around 3+ years' experience in a broad marketing role
- Hands‑on experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience with EDM platforms, social media and digital marketing
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- A good understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving
- Confidence analysing campaign performance and turning insights into action
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive, creative and commercially minded approach

Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms will be highly regarded, as will skills in graphic design, content creation or basic video editing.

Previous leadership experience would be an advantage. We're equally interested in someone who is ready to take that next step, take greater ownership and continue developing your career.
