The role

We care about your development and training and working alongside the Head Chef, the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to gain experience and grow their career.

Alongside the Head Chef you will be able to work autonomously and have the opportunity to assist in the guidance and development of the team, including the apprentices.We are constantly trying to improve ourselves and what we offer, and strongly encourage all contributions and suggestions. Even in the middle of peak service our kitchen is a well oiled machine where everyone knows what to do, executes it well, behaves respectfully and has fun!





You will be responsible for:

Ensuring high standards of food production, presentation, production procedures and times

Contribute to menu development and daily specials

Encouraging and contributing to a collaborative team environment, working together to provide exceptional service and quality.

Ensuring that all food is prepared according to the standard recipes

Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen

Ensuring the kitchen staff strictly adhere to the kitchen cleaning and maintenance schedules

Advocating safe work practice and actively monitoring safety in the kitchen

Supportive and cooperative environment
