An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Inventory Control Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

Key Duties

- Oversee daily stores operations, including receiving, checking, storing and issuing stock
- Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and data entry within inventory and finance systems
- Maintain effective stock rotation (FIFO), temperature controls, and storage standards
- Coordinate timely deliveries and internal transfers across departments
- Complete regular and monthly stocktakes, audits, and reports
- Maintain clean, safe and well-organised stores, loading bay and storage areas
- Lead, train and supervise the stores team, setting clear priorities and performance expectations

About You

- Proven experience in a stores or warehouse management role within a hotel or commercial kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, ordering, invoicing and stocktake processes
- Experience using inventory or materials control systems
- Confident communicator with the ability to work cross‑functionally
- Hands‑on leader with robust organisational and time‑management skills
- Understanding of food safety, storage and WHS requirements
