Key Responsibilities

Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake breads and bakery products.

Operate commercial bakery equipment.

Monitor dough quality and baking processes.

Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Assist with stock control and minimise waste.

Maintain a clean and organised bakery.





Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

- Minimum one (1) year of relevant full-time experience as a Baker.

- Relevant baking qualification is highly regarded.

- Experience working within a commercial bakery.

- Knowledge of bread production and baking techniques.

- Ability to work early morning shifts.

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
