Then we are looking for YOU to join our dynamic and friendly team! Based at our new offices in Wacol, QLD, the position is full time(Mon - Fri, 7.00am – 3.30pm or 8.00am – 4.30pm) with onsite parking and on the job product training.

Key Responsibilities





- Developing customer relationships and providing customer sales service by phone, email enquiries and preparation of quotes for customers using our software programmes.
- Process sales orders, stock transfers and update the system to reflect the new status for each event.
- Proactively inform customers of order / quote updates.
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer enquiries.
- Support company sales representatives and liaise with the operations team.
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.

- Competent skills in use of MS Office Products (Word, Excel).
