We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled and hard-working Qualified Baker to join the team atBakers Delight Ringwood North. This is a full-time permanent role, working 38 hours per week.

At Bakers Delight our Bakers are responsible for:

- Assisting in product preparation and baking
- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistant's
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses
- Providing delightful customer service when required
- Dough making
- Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards
- Ordering stock and stocktake

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- A Certificate III in Retail Baking and relevant on-the-job training such as an apprenticeship
- Ability to work a rotating roster




- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a quick paced/flexible environment
- Passion for baking

To be successful in this position, formal baking qualifications are required and baking experience with Bakers Delight is an advantage. Further to this, the successful candidate must be flexible and able to work a rotating roster.

Your customer service focus and ability to consistently show initiative in an efficient manner will help you succeed in this role and excellent organisation and communication skills are a must!

You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player with a 'can do' attitude and excellent time management and organisational skills.
Pay:AU$80,000.00 - AU$90,000.00 per year
