What you’ll do

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems that comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality objectives are integrated into all operational processes.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas needing attention.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance across the organization.




- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure that the organization remains compliant and competitive.
- Facilitate quality improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure that quality standards are upheld throughout the supply chain.
- Participate in the development of new products and services, ensuring that quality considerations are integrated from the outset.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and assessments, with a track record of implementing corrective actions.




- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self‑motivated and capable of working independently.

Nice to have

- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean or Kaizen.
