The Role

Your main goal as aLeasing & Inspections Assistant is to deliver an outstanding rental experience to our clients. You’ll manage the end-to-end leasing process, conduct high quality routine inspections, and provide essential administrative and operational support to the Property Services team.

Our leasing team members are required to work Monday - Saturday (with time in lieu to be taken on Friday, based on Saturday hours worked).

A Day in the Life

- Conduct private/open for inspections
- Carry out routine inspections and complete clear, concise reports
- Process tenancy applications, including reference checking
- Oversee signup processes with new tenants
- Liaise with prospective tenants and owners
- Support with all key maintenance management processes

The Successful Candidate

- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Must be available Saturdays
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
