Join R & R' as a full-time Call Centre Operator based in Werribee Victoria. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone-based support to our valued clients. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be the friendly voice that helps our customers with a wide range of inquiries and queries. Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday To Friday.

What you'll be doing

Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner

Listening carefully to customer needs and providing accurate information and solutions

Logging customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance

Adhering to all company policies, procedures and service level agreements

Contributing to a positive team environment and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry





Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills

Proficient computer skills and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems

A flexible, adaptable and resilient approach to work
