What you'll do
- Craft a compelling narrative for the platform's development roadmap, clearly articulating the purpose and advantages of new features for financial advisors.
- Convert product and investment updates into engaging stories and practical applications tailored for advisors.
- Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new features, working closely with channel specialists to ensure successful execution.
- Produce vital product marketing materials such as release notes, updates for the website, user manuals, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to gain insights into functionality and translate technical specifications into persuasive value propositions.
- Enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by utilizing customer segmentation, analyzing customer journeys, and generating insightful reports.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
- Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline content creation and scalability while ensuring high-quality output.
- Monitor and analyze the interplay of various marketing channels and understand how targeted strategies can drive qualified leads.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or platform product marketing, ideally with complex products or within regulated sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in product positioning, messaging, content development, copywriting, editing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in visually representing the platform through reusable assets, including screen recordings, demo flows, GIFs, and other imagery.
- Experience in formulating go-to-market strategies and synthesizing multiple feature releases into a cohesive narrative for customers.
- Solid capability in creating and maintaining sales enablement tools, such as pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, and FAQs.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and automation to improve content production efficiency while upholding quality standards.
- A solid understanding of the interactions between marketing channels and how targeted campaigns can generate qualified demand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
