HR-Xcellence Solutions is partnering to recruit an experienced Ranger Program & Operations Manager for a recent First Nations ranger program. Flexible locations include Brisbane, Adelaide, remote Queensland or remote South Australia, with office and field work and up to 50% work from home.
You will oversee operations, budgeting, governance, recruitment and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Board and supporting five Head Rangers across multiple owner groups.
