Kingston City Council is seeking a Building Management Officer based at the Cheltenham Municipal Office to assist with daily management of building services, equipment and infrastructure across municipal facilities.
You will focus on HVAC, lifts, automatic doors and other critical systems, coordinate contractors and audits, arrange maintenance, and support compliance and event preparations to ensure reliable service for facility users.
