About the Role
We are currently delivering multiple major infrastructure projects across Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs and are seeking a reliable and experienced TMI3 Traffic Controller who holds TMA ticket to join our growing traffic management team. This role is ideally suitable for professionals with 3+ years of hands-on traffic control experience, who are safety-focused and committed to high-quality service delivery on major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) on worksites and events.
- Conduct pre-start vehicle and equipment checks.
- Load, unload, and set up traffic signage and equipment.
- Complete site hazard assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
- Monitor traffic behaviour, pedestrians, and cyclists to ensure safety at all times.
- Report hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly.
- Follow directions from team leaders, supervisors, and inspectors.
Skills & Experience
- TMA Ticket (essential)
- 3+ years of traffic management experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Full driver's licence and confidence driving manual vehicles
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety (OHS) principles
