About The Role
This Senior National Account Manager will lead one of Australia's most strategically important grocery partnerships. Sitting within the Bakery division, this role will take ownership of the Woolworths account, driving profitable growth across a portfolio of market-leading bread and bakery brands. Working cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, you'll develop and execute customer strategies, identify growth opportunities and play a key role in shaping the future of a category that is a staple in Australian households
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Woolworths account strategy to deliver sales, profit and market share objectives;
- Identify and unlock category growth opportunities through data led insights and a solid understanding of shopper behaviour;
- Build and maintain senior level relationships across Woolworths to drive long term strategic partnerships;
- Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Demand Planning and Supply Chain; and
- Manage forecasting, promotional planning and performance reporting to ensure delivery against budget and commercial targets.
About You
- Proven success managing major grocery accounts, ideally Woolworths;
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience leading complex negotiations;
- Ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
- Experience using category and shopper insights to drive business growth; and
- Highly analytical mind with strong planning, forecasting and financial management capabilities.
