Randstad, a global leader in HR services, is seeking a dynamic WHS Advisor to join our national WHS Team. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage with a variety of industries and renowned companies, playing a key role in ensuring the safety of our workers every day.

About you

We are on the lookout for an individual who is deeply motivated and passionate about Work Health and Safety (WHS) as well as Injury Prevention. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for identifying key risks and trends to effectively drive injury reduction while understanding business imperatives. If you thrive in a role that’s diverse – balancing time between on-site visits, office work, and remote working – then this position is tailor‑made for you.

- Leading WHS activities across Victoria.
- Conducting on site safety assessments in diverse industry sectors.
- Managing incident investigations and formulating corrective action plans.
- Collaborating with the national WHS team to pinpoint and mitigate injury trends.
- Providing WHS support on various prevention projects, particularly for high‑risk workplaces.
- Delivering internal and external WHS Training, including Safety Alerts and Toolbox Talks.
- Assisting the injury management teams with Return‑to‑Work support as needed.

To be considered for this position you will need to be able to demonstrate:





- A qualification in Workplace Health and Safety (minimum Cert IV), Allied Health, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, blue‑collar environment.
- Willingness to travel within metropolitan areas and occasional regional visits.
- A current driver’s license and car.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Metro and inner regional areas (eg Geelong, Ballarat etc).
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
