- 3–5 qualified appointments every day

- A dedicated production team to deliver projects while you continue doing what you do best—helping customers and generating revenue.

Your average opportunity ranges from $15,000–$30,000, with many significantly larger projects available.

There is no cap on your commission.

The more value you create for customers, the more you earn.

What You'll Be Doing

- Attend pre-qualified residential appointments across Melbourne

- Inspect roofs and identify issues including leaks, deterioration and storm damage

- Build trust through education, professionalism and exceptional service

- Prepare and present tailored roofing solutions that genuinely solve customer problems

- Recommend roof restorations, roof replacements, Colorbond roofing, guttering, fascia, downpipes and roof repairs where appropriate

- Secure projects before handing them over to our experienced production team

- Work closely with homeowners throughout the sales process to ensure an exceptional customer experience

- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit

Approximately 95% of your work will be residential,



with some light commercial opportunities.

About You

You're more than just technically capable.

You're someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and making a real difference.

You probably:

- Have roofing industry experience, residential construction experience or strong in-home sales experience

- Enjoy talking with homeowners

- Communicate clearly and professionally

- Take pride in your appearance and professionalism

- Naturally build trust with customers

- Like being rewarded for your performance

- Want to continue developing both personally and professionally

- Have a genuine desire to build a long-term career rather than simply hold another job

- Love working with a high-performing team

Previous roofing sales experience is highly regarded—but not essential.

If you're coachable, motivated and genuinely care about helping customers, we'll provide the systems, training and support to help you become an elite performer.
