Total Physiocare Group is an exciting company that comprises three private practices (Heidelberg, Reservoir, and Footscray) and provides inpatient physiotherapy to two of Melbourne's largest private hospitals (Warringal Private Hospital and Western Private Hospital).
Total Physiocare places a large emphasis on holistic rehabilitation and ensuring our clients have a great experience. We want our team to know that Beryl plays bowls on Tuesday, or that Jacinta has three kids and would kill for a cuppa when she walks into the clinic! Our administration team are integral in setting the tone of warmth within our clinic space and giving high quality service and genuine care from the moment our clients pick up the phone.

About You:
You are a fun,outgoing person and have a desire to excel within our vibrantclinical practice. You're always looking to develop your professional skill set andtake on a challenge!

Perhaps you have had a break due to family commitments and are looking to return to the work force in a way that enables you to continue to have you kids as your main focus? You'll have a love ofinteraction with both clients and clinicians alike,exceptional communication skills and have a desire to work as part of a dynamic team. Having a laugh at workis the key to our great culture.
You would ideally have some admin experience working in a physiotherapy, allied health or medical practice. But even if you don’t, we provide on the job training, and getting the right person is the most important thing. If you are able to work both independently, but be an important part of our team, then we want to hear from you.
You want to paid fairly for your work and have all the entitlements you deserve.
Specifics:
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Practice Management Software experience preferred, but not essential
- The ability to develop rapport with clients and our lovely team
- The role includes meet and greet, appointment management, phone skills and a million other little things
- All training provided on site
