What you'll do

- Analyze trading data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in trading operations or a related field.
- Proven expertise in algorithmic trading and market dynamics.




- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

- Experience with multiple asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, and FX.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field.
