Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant in Randstad’s Industrial Division based in Essendon Fields, you’ll focus on growing our presence within the public sector, placing blue‑collar talent into roles such as gardeners, forklift operators, labourers, landscapers, and maintenance workers.

This desk requires a strong business development focus, where you’ll be responsible for identifying & building a good rapport with hiring managers in the public sector. This is a high‑growth desk that rewards a "hunter" mindset.

What you’ll do

Drive Growth: Proactively identify & secure new partnerships through strategic business development and "out-of-the-box" networking.

Consult & Partner: Deep‑dive into the needs of public sector hiring managers to provide blue collar recruitment solutions.
