As a Business Development Executive at OneStop Food Service, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by acquiring new customers in the food service, educational, health, cleaning, sports and recreation industries. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Melbourne Metro region.

What you’ll be doing

- Proactively identifying and qualifying new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present Onestop's product and service offerings
- Preparing, delivering persuasive sales proposals and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of potential clients to generate and achieve sales targets
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new sales opportunities
- Monitoring and reporting on sales metrics, providing insights into the market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify opportunities for growth
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Providing regular sales reports and feedback to contribute to the overall sales strategy.

What we’re looking for

- Proven track record of success in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the food service, packaging,



washroom and sports and recreation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proactive, highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets with a passion for success
- Persuasive sales and negotiation competencies
- Organized and productive with good time management and attention to details
- You’re a connector and a closer
- A valid driver’s license and permanent working rights in Australia.
