What You’ll Be Doing:

? Scoping and estimating a wide range of maintenance repairs, including carpentry, painting, and tiling

? Providing tailored solutions and expert advice to customers

? Presenting options to help customers make informed decisions

? Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations

? Completing pre-start site visits for larger projects to ensure a smooth handover and installation

? Building strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and the install team

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Trade-qualified builder or carpenter with hands-on experience

✔ Proven estimating and quoting experience (preferred)

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ A performance-focused mindset and the ability to take ownership of your results

✔ Solid understanding of building codes, safety and compliance requirements ✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare clear, accurate scopes of work
