About the role

360 Personnel is seeking a General Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking long term position Based in Pinkenba and also Carole Park QLD this role offers the chance to work as a general Labourer with a fork ticket. As a casual position, you will have flexibility in your working arrangements whilst contributing to our diverse range of operations.

$36 - $38 hourly

Mon - Fri

1pm - 9pm

Key responsibilities

- Perform general manual labour duties across site
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work areas to ensure protected and organised environments
- Load, unload and transport materials and equipment as required
- Support skilled tradespeople and supervisors with task completion and site requirements
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping on work sites
- Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Respond promptly to work requests and adapt to changing project requirements

What we're looking for

- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
- A strong commitment to health and safety practices and compliance
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Reliability and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous labouring experience with steel or metal is advantageous but not essential
- A current driver's licence with reliable transport
- Relevant certifications such as White Card (Construction)



or other site safety induction cards would strengthen your application
