We’re looking for experienced Grade Control and Reverse Circulation Drillers to join our team on a 2:1 and 2:2 FIFO roster from any major Australian city, or DIDO from Kalgoorlie.

In this role, you’ll operate Grade Control rigs, lead and mentor a team of offsiders, and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What the role involves:





- Operate relevant rigs and support drill operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of Offsiders, assisting with training and daily tasks.
- Conduct site setup, mobilisations, and demobilisations while maintaining safety compliance.
- Complete drill reporting and liaise with site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

To be successful you must have and provide:

- Previous experience on RC and/or Grade Control Rigs
- Certificate III RII31815 in Drilling Operations
- Hold a current HR Licence
- Minimum of 3 years of experience Drilling professionally
- Clean NPC from within the last 6 monthsStrong commitment to safety
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status - please note we cannot accept visa applications
- Working at heights, first-aid and 4WD ticket highly regarded
