Our NettZero Buildings team expertise spans NABERS, CBD Tenancy Lighting Assessments, BEEC Applications, Indoor Air Quality, Greenstar Performance, Climate Active Carbon Neutral Assessments, Energy and Water Monitoring, and NABERS Improvement Reporting.

About the Role

We are seeking passionate Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduates to join our Sydney and Brisbane Teams as a Graduate Sustainability Engineer. This role is perfect for recent Graduates eager to make an impact in the sustainability sector.

Preferred candidates will have graduated within the past 2 years from a recognised Mechanical Engineering programme.

- Develop your skills to become a knowledgeable and articulate Sustainability Consultant.
- Receive mentorship from Senior Consultants and progress towards full accreditation as a NABERS & CBD Assessor.
- Gain exposure to the Climate Active Carbon Neutral Certification process.
- Collaboration with Australia's leading property owners and managers to enhance building sustainability.




- A comprehensive 2-year Graduate Programme with the opportunity to travel interstate and work with the Industry leaders and senior Assessors with expertise and knowledge to provide an in valuable baseline to start your sustainability career.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sustainability, or Property Services.
- Candidates must hold tertiary qualifications preferably in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge or experience in Waste Management, Indoor Environment, or Green Star Performance (desirable).
- Understanding of building HVAC and mechanical systems (desirable).
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
