Join our Corporate Affairs, Governance and Sustainability team as the Grants & Donations Coordinator, supporting project-linked and corporate community funding initiatives.
You’ll coordinate the administration and delivery of grants, sponsorships and donations, manage reporting and financial tracking, and work closely with project development teams, operational sites, not-for-profits and partners. This role helps ensure commitments are fulfilled efficiently, compliantly and in line with governance requirements, while supporting positive community outcomes and social value reporting. What You’ll Do Administer project-related and operational sponsorships, grants and donations across development, construction and operational phases
Coordinate benefit sharing activities, including grant rounds, funding approvals, payments and acquittals
Maintain accurate registers to track obligations, approvals, milestones and delivery commitments
Work with project teams and operational sites to identify upcoming funding commitments, administrative and reporting requirements
Prepare reporting inputs and acquittals for internal stakeholders, governance committees and community investment outcomes Your Experience Experience in a similar sponsorships, donations or grants coordinator role
Experience managing approvals, payments, registers and financial tracking
Strong organisational skills and confidence working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Strong systems skills, including SharePoint or similar platforms
Awareness of social value reporting, ideally within infrastructure, energy or major project environments Please note this role requires full working rights within Australia.
