About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Sales Associate to join the boutique team. You will build lasting client relationships, deliver personalised service and contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Strong relationship-building and clienteling skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to networking, business development and boutique events
- Experience within the timepiece or jewellery industry is highly regarded
