About the role:

We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis to support our participants in Melton VIC.

Support requirements:

High physical care and psychosocial support

Minimum 1+ years experience in complex care is required to demonstrate confidence in providing complex care and behavioural support while maintaining a person-centred approach.

Experience in both high physical care and psychosocial support is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Assisting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and hygiene needs.
- Assisting with manual handling for mobility assistance.
- Administering medication and following healthcare plans under the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Implementing behaviour support plans and providing emotional support and encouragement.
- Assisting with household tasks, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.





Minimum 6+ months experience working with clients with psychosocial disabilities is required.

Mandatory requirements:

- Minimum Certificate III qualification in Disability, Community Services, Aged Care or equivalent is required
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
- Victorian Driver's license
- Must be available to accommodate a rotating roster.
