Aruma is seeking an Employment Pathways Coordinator to build relationships with schools, families, employers, NDIS stakeholders, and community partners to identify opportunities and support participants into employment pathways aligned with their goals, strengths, and support needs.
You will manage participant attraction, onboarding coordination, and ensure a positive, person-centred experience from initial enquiry through to employment placement.
