Sienna's Drive Thru Coffee in City of Hume is seeking an energetic Assistant Cafe Manager (2IC) to lead our team, coach staff and deliver the best drive-thru coffee experience. This Friday to Sunday role (approximately 30 hours per week) offers meaningful leadership responsibility with a versatile work week.
You will drive guest satisfaction by training and mentoring staff, maintaining high quality coffee, and leading shifts during peak times to ensure top-tier service.
