Estia Health Oakleigh East is looking for experienced Food Services Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. This role is part of our commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred aged care.
Typical Responsibilities
- Prep food and drinks for residents.
- Clean and maintain kitchen, including washing dishes.
- Adjust menus in collaboration with staff and residents to meet individual preferences.
- Keep records as part of our Food Safety Program.
- Stay on your feet most of the shift and support a clean, welcoming setting.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in kitchen work; experience in aged care is a bonus.
- Strong time‑management and planning abilities.
- Completion of the Basic Food Handling Course.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
