Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking experienced LO Order Picker/ Hgh Reach Forklift Operators to join our client in Eastern Creek. Our client operates one of Australia's largest IT distribution centres, providing third-party logistics (3PL) services to leading IT and telecommunications manufacturers across Australia.
Shift times:
- AM Shifts: 6am & 9am - will need to rotate
- PM Shift: 1pm
- Shift times will be allocated according to operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate an LO Order Picker to pick orders for dispatch
- Operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts (up to 6-7 bays high)
- Load and unload trucks
- Pick and pack orders accurately to meet KPIs and dispatch deadlines
- Conduct quality checks
- Use RF scanners and basic warehouse computer systems
- Manual handling, including repetitive heavy lifting
- General warehouse duties using both manual handling and forklifts
Key Requirements
- Current and valid LF and LO Licence
- Experience operating both an LO Order Picker and High Reach/Counterbalance forklift
- Willingness to rotate between forklift, LO and pick packing duties
- Previous RF scanning and pick packing experience
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable with a positive work ethic
- Able to pass a National Police Check with no disclosable court outcomes
To be successful for this role, you MUST be able to pass a Criminal History Check/ Police Check with ‘No Disclosable Court Outcomes’
PLEASE NOTE: You must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for this role. To be considered for the role you must also be willing to participate in random drug and alcohol testing and must be able to provide a current resume with two recent contactable work references.
