Warehouse Picker & Packer - Inbound & Outbound

Location: Truganina, VIC
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm (Day Shift)

We're looking for experienced and reliable Warehouse Pickers & Packers to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse in Truganina. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team in a modern facility, working with a well-known range of tools and hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving and processing inbound stock.
- Preparing and dispatching outbound orders.
- Using RF scanners to receive, pick, and move inventory.
- Handling a variety of tools and hardware products.
- Stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Maintaining a clean, secure,



and organised warehouse.
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Sorting and counting small parts accurately for put away.

Skills & Experience

- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Experience across both inbound and outbound operations.
- RF scanning experience is essential.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be able to commit to 5 days a week, consistency is key.
