As we continue to expand our group fitness offering, we're seeking instructors who can create an engaging, motivating, and welcoming environment for members of all fitness levels.
About the Role
We are looking for instructors to deliver high-energy:
Boxing Classes
Functional Training Classes
Strength & Conditioning Sessions
Circuit-Based Training Workouts
What You'll Bring
- Certificate III (Minimum)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Experience coaching group fitness classes
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to motivate and engage members
- Reliable, skilled, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and enjoyable classes
- Create an inclusive and supportive training environment
- Assist members with exercise technique and modifications
- Build strong member relationships and class attendance
- Contribute to the positive culture of the club
