Job Description
The Lead Operator has direct supervision of the crew and reports into the Supervisor. Lead Operator must lead the crew by example to encourage a robust QHSE culture through all levels. Key responsibility is to maintain well control by operating the safety critical equipment. The Lead Operator must ensure that the crew is compliant with all operating procedures and actively promotes the use of WellGear’s Observation Program cards.
