We are now building our core sales team across our South East locations and are seeking high-performing, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant across our South East locations (Doncaster / Nunawading), you will engage with walk-in customers, present BYD’s latest electric vehicles, and guide customers through a smooth and professional sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and proactively engage customers in our showroom

- Deliver BYD product presentations, EV technology explanations, and in-store demonstrations

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable models, configurations, and purchase options





- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-up

- Guide customers through the complete sales process: enquiries, test drive bookings (with nearby partner locations), quotations, CRM updates, and contract signing

- Support showroom activities, promotions, and EV education events

- Work towards individual and dealership sales targets

- Ensure excellent customer experience in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail environment

- Stay updated on BYD models, EV features, delivery timelines, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

Required

- 2+ years of sales experience (automotive, retail, luxury goods, technology, or real estate preferred)

- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

- Robust customer service mindset with a professional approach

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs

- Comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment with high foot traffic

- Willingness to learn EV technology and CRM systems

Highly Regarded

- Automotive or luxury retail experience

- Experience working in shopping centre retail environments

- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability

- Bilingual ability (English + Mandarin) is an advantage

What We Offer

- $60,000 base salary + Superannuation

- Uncapped commissions — realistic OTE $90,000–$120,000+
