The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Coordinator to join our Service Delivery Team. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Coordinate and roster services for our team of direct care workers
- Match staff skills and availability to the individual needs of consumers
- Manage shift replacements and schedule new services
- Respond to inbound enquiries and maintain accurate data for reporting
- Provide general administrative support across the team
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a agile setting, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about supporting high-quality aged care services.
About You
You are professional, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You work well in a team but also show initiative and independence.
You will also bring:
- Experience working in aged care or community services
- Proficiency with computerised rostering systems (AlayaCare experience highly regarded)
- Strong capability in matching staff to consumer needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage expectations
- High accuracy in data entry and the ability to identify and resolve errors
- A solution-focused mindset, flexibility, and resilience under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confidence interacting with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- Skills in a European language such as German or Polish (desirable but not essential)
