About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder with experience in stainless steel fabrication, who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. Based at our client's Campbellfield facility, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of high-quality conveyor systems and equipment, working set hours Monday to Friday (7:00am–3:30pm) in this permanent full-time position with overtime opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate and weld components and assemblies to engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and other metals to a high standard of finish
- Carry out metal finishing and general industrial fabrication tasks
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider production and engineering team




- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area

About You

- Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with TIG welding (essential)
- Experience with metal finishing and general fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and work from engineering/technical drawings
- Solid attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship
- A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work
- Relevant trade qualification (highly regarded but not essential if experience is strong)
