Are you a hands-on individual with a knack for fixing things and a passion for customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Person to join our dynamic team. This role involves working 3 days per week, with one weekend per month, ensuring our facilities are in top-notch condition for the enjoyment of our guests and members.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Focus: As a vital member of our team, you'll be interacting with our guests and members regularly. Your friendly and professional demeanour will contribute to the positive experience of everyone who visits our resort.

Varied Maintenance Tasks: No two days are the same in this role. You'll be responsible for responding to maintenance requests promptly, conducting general maintenance of villas, grounds, buildings, and facilities, and ensuring everything is in optimal condition for our guests.

Pool and Spa Maintenance: Daily testing of the swimming pool and spa is a crucial aspect of this role. Your attention to detail will help maintain a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment for our visitors.

Groundskeeping:



From mowing to weeding and planting, you'll play a key role in keeping our outdoor spaces beautiful and well-maintained.

Experience and Personal Attributes:

Trade or Previous Experience: A background in a relevant trade or previous experience in a similar maintenance role is essential.

Adaptable and Organised: In our energetic environment, adaptability is key. You should be organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities with ease.

Current Victorian Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
