Opal HealthCare is seeking a proactive Wellbeing Manager at Mount Waverley Glades Care Community to lead our Meaningful Life program and enhance residents' emotional, social, and physical wellbeing. The role offers a permanent full time schedule, with Monday–Friday hours and an attractive base salary plus 12% superannuation.

You will develop personalised engagement plans, mentor care teams, and work closely with clinical staff to support mobility and life quality.
