About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting our compliance and human resources functions, ensuring our organisation meets NDIS requirements while assisting with recruitment, staff records, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support NDIS compliance and quality requirements.

- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and staff records.

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff inductions.

- Monitor staff compliance, including:

- NDIS Worker Screening

- Police Checks

- Blue Cards

- First Aid & CPR

- Mandatory training





- Assist with staff performance reviews and training.

- Help prepare for NDIS audits.

- Manage employee files and HR documentation.

- Support managers with general HR and compliance matters.

- Assist with continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

About You

You are:

- Well organised and detail-oriented.

- A good communicator with solid people skills.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Passionate about supporting quality disability services.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in HR, administration, or compliance.

- Experience in the NDIS, healthcare, disability, or community services sector is highly regarded.

- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards is an advantage but not essential.
