About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and energetic early riser to join our fresh produce team at the Melbourne Produce Markets. You'll be responsible for:

- Unloading our truck (arrives at 1:00am)
- Sorting and processing fresh produce as it arrives into the warehouse
- Repacking and palletising orders accurately and efficiently
- Reloading the truck for a scheduled 5:00am departure

This is a fast-paced role where timing, accuracy, and teamwork are critical.

What You'll Need

- A strong work ethic and the ability to work early morning hours
- Physically fit – able to lift and move produce boxes (10-20kg)
- A current forklift licence and solid forklift experience
- Reliability and punctuality – every minute counts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timeframes
- Previous experience in a produce or warehouse workplace (preferred)
