What you’ll do

- Lead and supervise a team of field personnel to ensure that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to enhance productivity and minimize downtime in field operations.
- Monitor daily activities and performance metrics, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve operational goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and maintenance, to coordinate activities and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Train and mentor field staff on best practices, safety protocols, and company policies to foster a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on field operations, including production data, safety incidents, and team performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to field operations.
- Participate in the development of budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of materials and personnel.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.




- Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and available for use, coordinating with maintenance teams as necessary.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field supervision or a related role within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of production and asset management processes, with a focus on safety and compliance.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using industry‑specific software and tools for reporting and data analysis.
